Disputing a Flood Determination

This section explains how to dispute a flood determination. To dispute a flood determination, perform the following:

1. From the Order Details screen, select Dispute.
2. Select an option from the Dispute Reason checkboxes:
   • Zone
   • Panel/Date
   • Address
   • City
   • Zip
   • Census Tract
   • Community Name
   • County Name
   • Other (enter a reason in the corresponding text field)
3. Enter Comments in the corresponding text field to provide further details on the dispute.
4. To send an email regarding the specific certification, click Email WKFS.
5. Click Submit.
